One delivery attempt per address is included in the price above.
In the event of a return due to delivery obstacles (e.g. that the recipient was not on site) or that the wrong address was given, we will further invoice any costs for the return.
You can choose to resend the package either to the recipient or to your business address. We then charge a new shipping cost per address.

Our concierge service can take care of mailing to recipients and enter addresses for you. For small orders of less than 10 recipients, we charge a handling fee of SEK 250 for this.
