Here you will find baking chocolate in both dark and light varieties that are perfect to use in all types of baking. We have, among other things, tempered and grated chocolate from origins such as the Dominican Republic, Peru, Tanzania and Uganda. The chocolate is made here at our chocolate factory, bean-to-bar, from cocoa beans that we bring home from these selected origins. Through a slow and gentle process, the chocolate is made and then it is ready to be used and transformed into various chocolate creations. Regardless of whether you are going to bake a beautiful chocolate cake, delicious chocolate muffins or irresistible brownies, our grated chocolate is perfect for you to use. The advantage of grated chocolate is that you do not have to chop the chocolate, but can put it directly in a bowl to be melted in no time. Also perfect for praline making.
