Orders
Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. The agreement is concluded when the order confirmation is sent. Your order is processed within 1–3 working days.

Prices
All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to correct obvious printing and typing errors. If a price or other information in your order is obviously incorrect, we will contact you. You will then be entitled to change or cancel your order, and any payment made will be refunded in full.

Klarna

Qliro – invoice and instalments
We offer invoice and instalment payments via Qliro. Qliro may carry out a credit check and processes your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.

• Invoice: payable within 14 days of the invoice date and sent to the email address you provided. Late payment incurs fees and default interest in accordance with Qliro's terms.
• Instalments and account: fees, interest and examples are set out in Qliro's current terms and Standard European Consumer Credit Information: https://qliro.com/sv/for-shoppare-villkor. You will receive a decision in the checkout immediately. If your application is not approved, you can choose another payment method.

Swish
Select Swish in the checkout, enter your mobile number and confirm the payment with BankID.

Trustly
Select Trustly in the checkout, choose your bank and identify yourself with BankID. Then choose the account you wish to pay from and confirm the purchase.

Advent calendar pre-orders
Our advent calendars are sold as pre-orders for delivery in week 44/45. Payment is made at the time of ordering, by card, Swish, Trustly or Qliro invoice activated immediately. The right of withdrawal and complaints apply in accordance with our Terms of Purchase and Returns, counted from when you receive the calendar.

Refunds
Refunds are made to the payment method used for the purchase. In the event of withdrawal, we refund no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, in accordance with our Terms of Purchase and Returns. In other cases, refunds are made within a few days of the matter being closed.

Disputes
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, SE-101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. If you live in another EU country, you may also contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in your country.
