We go on expeditions to exotic countries in search of unique cocoa. Under the cocoa trees, we meet the growers and create long-term relationships. Sacks of beans travel to our small factory in Österlen. Our starting point is always cocoa beans. Cocoa beans with natural and unique flavors where our job is to bring out these notes in the chocolate we make. Therefore, we add minimal ingredients and roast the beans extremely lightly. Uncompromising and without any shortcuts.

In a brick building from 1893, the cocoa is carefully roasted and ground. The result is a pure chocolate with a unique taste and connection to the origin.
