Shipping & delivery terms
We send and deliver goods only within Sweden and the following countries:
Europe (Not Norway or UK)
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days depending on stock status. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date as this is up to the respective logistics service. We use the shipping option that states a certain delivery time but for during high seasons & public holidays the shipment can be delayed up to 2 weeks.
Please check your selected option for shipping prior to purchase. After the order is fullfilled and dispatched we will handle any returning parcel in accordance to our refund policy of unacclaimed goods.
- For DHL Servicepoint, the package is sent to the nearest delivery point and it normally takes 1-3 days for delivery from the time we sent the package.
For places north of Sundsvall, the delivery time is 2-5 days.
- For PostNord delivery to mailbox or nearest delivery point. It normally takes 1-3 days for delivery from the time we send the package. The package is traceable, but as the delivery does not need to be identified, we cannot be responsible for the goods after delivery.
Please note that packages that cannot be delivered to a mailbox end up at the nearest drop-off point and are notified to the specified mobile number. In case of large order volume, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay in delivery, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Shipping rates and delivery calculations:
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We cannot send goods to box addresses.
We do not recommend sending chocolate to hospitals.

Unclaimed goods returned If the package has reached the delivery points but not been picked up, it will be returned to us after approximately 14 days. We send the package to the specified address and a notification to the specified mobile number. I
If you have entered the wrong mobile number, a foreign mobile number or a landline number, you will not receive a notification. If you entered the wrong address, the package will be returned to us. If you selected the wrong shipping method we cannot make changes after the parcel is dispatched from our factory. We reserve the right to charge the cost of the handling that occurs in the case of unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.) of SEK 249 within Sweden. For international orders the actual rate for that specific country, delivery and time applies.
If your order value is greater than this amount, we will credit the remaining amount and you may then place a new order.
The refund takes between 2-6 working days. If we have provided a number or address that is different from the one you provided in your order, we will contact you and resend the package free of charge.
Damage during shipping
Svenska Kakao AB is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item was delivered damaged, please contact the delivery company to file a claim
Save all packaging material and the damaged goods while the claim is being processed.
