**RIGHT OF REGUND & RETURNS**

For orders in Sweden, you have a 14-day period to claim a return from the date the goods are shipped from us. During this period, you can return your items. You are responsible for the return shipping and any associated costs. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to food items or gift cards or orders outside Sweden.

**RETURN HANDLING AND REFUND**
If we have not yet shipped or processed your order, a refund can be made at no cost. If we have already processed your order, the following applies.
If the order is shipped within Sweden, you have by law a 14-day return period from the date the goods were shipped from us. You are responsible for the cost of the return if you decide to return your purchase during this period. The item you return must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be accepted. No refund will be issued for used products. Please inform our customer service if you receive an item in a condition different from what you expected. The right of withdrawal does not apply to food products or gift cards. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If you have received a gift with your order, it must also be returned if the order value after the return does not meet the requirement for the gift. If you wish to make a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will assist you. Be sure to read all the information regarding the desired return before submitting your package to ensure that your return is approved. Delivery costs will not be refunded upon a return. In the case of an approved complaint, we will refund the amount of your order within 9 days, excluding shipping costs.
**DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS**
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, contact us at email@example.com
**SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)**
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
**EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Österlenchoklad, Tranesvägen 37, 27392 Skåne-Tranås, Sweden. Mark the package: EXCHANGE
**RIGHT OF REGRET**
We apply a statutory 14-day right of regret (DAL (2005:59)) for orders shipped in Sweden. This does not apply for order outside Sweden. The right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive your item and is valid for 14 days thereafter. Some products are exempt from the right of withdrawal for reasons of health and hygiene, such as products with broken packaging or seals. If the item has been handled to a greater extent than necessary to determine its properties or function, Svenska Kakao may demand compensation for the decrease in the item's value. You need to notify us to exercise your right of regret; we recommend doing this by contacting shop@svenskakakao. You can also exercise your right of regret by filling in and sending Konsumentverket's regret form to Svenska Kakao. The form can be found here. The form is then sent to the following address: Svenska Kakao, Tranesvägen 37, 27392 Skåne-Tranås, Sweden. We apply the following exceptions to the right of withdrawal (2 chapter 11 § DAL): The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, with a broken seal, cannot be returned appropriately due to health or hygiene reasons, and the seal has been broken by the consumer. The right of regret does not apply to food products or gift cards.
Svenska Kakao is the producer of all products on the webshop. We cannot take responsibility for any sensitivity to ingredients in a product or sample. If you are unsure about what the product or sample contains, contact us before use/purchase.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: SVENSKA KAKAO AB, Tranesvägen 37, 27392 Skåne-Tranås, Sweden. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over 500 SEK for return, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
