Our second sorting is a customers favorite in our factory store. This chocolate needs to be eaten quickly. Preferably within a week. Here you get a large cellophane bag (250 grams) with pieces that have been crushed, have a short date, got the wrong decoration or have been edged or untempered on the surface. Bits that don't fit in the nice boxes but are still good to enjoy. It is a mixture of bonbons, chocolate confectionery and chocolate bars. All allergens are present and we have no possibility to select, change or account for what will be in the bag.   Sea salt in dark chocolate. A classic combination. The salty and the sweet. The sea salt comes from the small Danish island of Läsö in the Kattegatt Sea. Salt was mined there already in the Middle Ages. Læsø salt works according to age-old traditions where the salty groundwater from the Kattegatt is allowed to boil slowly over open fires. Every morning the salt is collected and left to dry in wicker baskets. Here we have combined the salt with our dark chocolate (74%) made from cacao beans from Tanzania. Weight: 50 grams

Our interpretation of a Swedish classic coffee break - coffee and cinnamon bun. The base is our dark milk chocolate where we carefully grind and add lightly roasted coffee beans and aromatic cinnamon to create a finely tuned harmony of flavors. The coffee is roasted by our friends at Kafferäven in Gothenburg. It is grown by the Abakundakawa cooperative in Rwanda, which started in 1999. The cooperative supports single households and has mainly female members. Abakundakawa means "we who love coffee". We source the cacao from Öko Caribe in the Dominican Republic. Weight: 50 grams
