We go on expeditions around the world where we search for both unique cacao as well as skilled, value driven producers who are dedicated to quality, sustainability and flavor. In the shade of the cacao trees we meet the growers and forge long lasting relations. From the moment the cacao is harvested until the chocolate bar ends up in your hand, it has been cared for at every step in the process.
We have chosen NOT to certify our chocolate through any third party certifications, mainly fair or organic. After many sourcing trips and meeting with producers and farmers, we have gained a better understanding of the full value chain and we are certain this is the right way forward.
