In our chocolate, we use only the best cocoa beans that we buy from sustainable farms around the world. We manufacture everything from scratch, which makes our pralines unique.

We use fresh strawberries from Eriksgården, a local grower, known for their sweet and juicy berries. We puree the strawberries and mix it with fresh cream, chocolate and real vanilla to create a filling that tastes just like a real strawberry cake.
