An extra dark chocolate with intense notes of nuts, raisins & dried figs. For the chocolate lover, our 100 percent chocolate made with only one ingredient - cacao beans. In our version, we have excluded extra cacao butter, which is otherwise a common addition. Why pour milk into the coffee when you can drink it black, is our thought.

We buy the beans from the producer Kokoa Kamili with their fermentation station in the small village of Mbingu, a twelve-hour journey on dusty dirt roads from Dar Es Salaam. We have collaborated with Kokoa Kamili since 2016.

All our chocolate is handled in premises where MILK, NUT & EGGS are present . Therefore, there are traces of these in all products. Everything is gluten free.

Our products contain no preservatives and should be consumed fresh. The products have a date stamp, but the following generally applies: Pralines last 4-8 weeks, chocolates/nougat/confections 2-4 months, chocolate cakes 6-12 months, other dry goods about 12 months.

När 100 % kakao blir mjuk och välbalanserad

Fantastisk smak för att vara 100 % kakaoJag är verkligen imponerad av hur god denna choklad är trots att den är 100 % kakao. Smaken är fyllig, balanserad och inte alls så bitter som man skulle kunna tro. Kvaliteten känns väldigt hög och man märker att det är en genomtänkt produkt. Extra plus för att det är ett svenskt företag – det känns bra att kunna stötta lokalt. Kommer definitivt att köpa igen!
