Raspberry chocolate from Österlen
We have the privilege of having our factory in beautiful Österlen, surrounded by food producers. We have spice growers, berry growers, dairies, kebab bakers, grain processors, flower growers, beekeepers. From all this, we can many times manufacture our chocolate products from not only genuine but also local raw materials.We make our raspberry toffee from freshly picked raspberries from the nearby Eriksgården here in Österlen. We cook them gently and include them in our caramel which is cooked to perfection. Not too hard, not too chewy, not too soft. We want that perfect piece of art that we then dip in our own artisanal chocolate.
