All our chocolate is handled in premises where MILK, NUT & EGGS are present . Therefore, there are traces of these in all products. Everything is gluten free.

Our products contain no preservatives and should be consumed fresh. The products have a date stamp, but the following generally applies: Pralines last 4-8 weeks, chocolates/nougat/confections 2-4 months, chocolate cakes 6-12 months, other dry goods about 12 months.

Chocolate tasting. A great fun way to gather friends, family and colleagues to experience something together. Now we can offer our chocolate bars so that you can experience chocolate tasting at home or at work.

As one of the few genuine chocolate manufacturers in the Nordics, we can offer artisan chocolate from various origins with few ingredients. In our dark chocolates, we only have cocoa beans (100%) or cocoa beans and sugar. Without all the usual additives (such as cocoa butter, vanilla, aroma, lecithin, palm oil) it is possible to really feel the natural flavors of the cocoa beans, which means that there is a clear difference between the different types of chocolate. Everything from terroir to weather, bean type, fermentation process, roasting, conching and percentage play a role in the flavor development in the chocolate. It's just like wine.
