Did you know that basically all dark chocolate is vegan and naturally gluten-free. Artisanal chocolate rarely contains more ingredients than cocoa beans and sugar. Sometimes cocoa butter and vanilla are added depending on tradition and style. In our chocolate, we use high-quality cocoa beans that we combine with as few ingredients as possible. In our darkest 100% chocolate, we only have one ingredient, cocoa beans. In our dark chocolate cakes from different origins, we have two ingredients , cocoa and sugar.
For various flavorings, we have sought out ingredients and raw materials that have been produced and refined by producers who share our vision of quality and craftsmanship. That it is sustainably produced and grown without pesticides is something we want to care about.
For our vegan milk chocolate, coconut milk or vegan mylk chocolate, we use coconut flakes that we grind together with the cocoa beans , cocoa butter and sugar to make a smooth and incredibly tasty milk chocolate.
We also have vegan chocolate products where we have combined spices , nuts, fruit in dark chocolate . One of the most appreciated vegan chocolate products is our creamy nougat truffles made from the finest Italian hazelnuts from Piedmont. A taste experience you won't soon forget.
