The sea salt comes from the small Danish island of Läsö in the Kattegatt Sea. Salt was mined there already in the Middle Ages. Læsø salt works according to age-old traditions where the salty groundwater from the Kattegatt is allowed to boil slowly over open fires. Every morning the salt is collected and left to dry in wicker baskets.
Here we have combined the salt with our dark chocolate (74%) made from cacao beans from Tanzania.

Are you aware that almost all dark chocolate is vegan and gluten-free? Artisanal chocolate typically contains only a handful of ingredients, such as cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, and vanilla. We, too, use high-quality cocoa beans and a minimal number of ingredients in our chocolate. Our 100% dark chocolate has only one ingredient - cocoa beans. In our dark chocolate cakes from different origins, we use only two ingredients; cocoa and sugar.
We have carefully selected the ingredients and raw materials for our various flavorings, seeking out producers who share our values of quality and craftsmanship. We prioritize sustainability and avoid the use of pesticides in our products.
For our vegan milk chocolate, we use ground coconut flakes, cocoa butter, and sugar to create a deliciously smooth milk chocolate. We also offer vegan chocolate products that include spices, nuts, and fruit in dark chocolate.
