We are a small, family owned, award-winning chocolate maker based in the south of Sweden in the beautiful area of Österlen, near the Baltic Sea. Our factory is a red brick building built in 1893 that used to be a local village school. Every single chocolate bar we make is crafted here by our small, yet dedicated, team of chocolate makers.

You’re right - cacao doesn’t grow in Sweden. So, on our expeditions around the world we search for both unique cacao as well as skilled, value driven producers who are dedicated to quality, sustainability and flavor. In the shade of the cacao trees we meet the growers and forge long lasting relations. From the moment the cacao is harvested until the chocolate bar ends up in your hand, it has been cared for at every step in the process.

We like to think we make chocolate in a typically Swedish way - with transparency, simplicity and honesty, letting the true flavor of the cacao be the guide to what chocolate we create. Ideally, it has a flavor profile so clear and pure that it may alter your image of what chocolate can be. Our goal is to offer a truly unique tasting experience and hope that you will be a part of our journey as it unfolds. Chocolate is dead, long live chocolate.
