These terms apply to all purchases made in our online store. They are supplemented by our Terms of Purchase and Returns and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

2. Age
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Placing an order
You can review and correct your order before confirming it in the checkout. The agreement is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. Please keep the confirmation, as we do not provide access to stored contracts after purchase. The agreement is made in English or Swedish.

We may decline an order before it has been confirmed. If a price is obviously incorrect, for example due to a technical error, we may cancel the order. In that case we will notify you and refund any payment made.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are based on Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Prices may also be displayed in other currencies. These are converted from SEK at the current exchange rate. The price shown in the checkout is the price you pay. Shipping costs are shown in the checkout before you confirm your order.

We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. The current amount is always shown at the top of our website.

We accept payment by card via Shopify Payments, Klarna and Qliro, including Swish. Klarna's and Qliro's own terms apply when using their payment methods.

5. Delivery
We deliver within Sweden and the EU via PostNord and DHL. The normal delivery time is 3–5 working days within Sweden and 3–10 working days within the EU. If no other delivery time has been agreed, we will deliver no later than 30 days after your order. In the event of a significant delay, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

The risk for the goods passes to you when you or your representative have received them. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge you for the actual shipping and return costs.

6. Right of withdrawal, complaints and returns
Your right of withdrawal, your right to complain about defective goods and the terms for returns are described in our Terms of Purchase and Returns.

7. Product information
We aim to describe our products and their ingredients accurately. Ingredients and allergens are listed on each product page. Colours in images may vary depending on your screen. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about the contents of a product.

8. Liability
We are responsible for our products in accordance with applicable consumer law. We are not liable for indirect losses unless they are caused by our negligence. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters or disruptions with carriers (force majeure).

9. Use of the website
You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt its operation, or copy its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Reviews and comments you submit must not be unlawful or infringe the rights of others. We may remove such content.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to your purchase.

12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, SE-101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. If you live in another EU country, you may also contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in your country.
